This bird sculpture rests comfortably on a lovely scrap of wood I found out walking in the sagebrush. I sculpted the bird of paper mache and natural elements. The beak is a stone I found in the nearby mountains. The tail is a scrap of sagewood I found while out walking. I used ecological natural papers for the final layer of bird sculpture and painted the sweet wild strawberries to adorn this sweet bird.  The entire sculpture is protected with an artist's matte varnish. 10" wide, 5" tall
